Frequently Asked Questions

Telematic is a service that runs your channels together with you. It collects topics from the sources you choose, writes posts from them, makes videos with a voiceover and publishes it all on a schedule.

Who it helps:

• owners of Telegram channels who do not have the time for daily posts;
• YouTube and Shorts creators who want to release videos without an editor;
• marketers and agencies running many projects at once;
• anyone running several platforms on their own.

You can check every step by hand, or leave it to the schedule. Where to start is in Quick start.

1. You create a project and connect your platforms: Telegram, YouTube, VK, TikTok or your own website.
2. You add sources: websites, RSS feeds, public Telegram channels, YouTube channels or the AI generator, which writes to your brief.
3. The service collects items. The AI rewrites each one in its own words and, once you approve it, prepares a separate post for every platform.
4. Posts go out on a schedule: you set the interval, the hours they may go out and the daily limit. The calendar shows what has gone out and what is next in line.

You can start collection and publishing by hand, or turn on the schedules and automatic approval — then the whole path runs without you. In detail: Content sources, Publications and calendar, Autopilot.

On the home page click "Try it free". There are two ways:

• Through Telegram — in one click: press the Telegram button in the "Sign up with Telegram" block and confirm the login in the messenger. No e-mail or password needed.
• By e-mail — give your name, your address and a password of at least 6 characters, then follow the link from the e-mail. The link is valid for 24 hours.

As soon as you have logged in through Telegram or confirmed your e-mail, 50 tokens arrive on your balance. The next steps are in Quick start.

These are open to everyone right now:

• Telegram — posts with text, images and video in your channel;
• YouTube — regular videos and Shorts, with a description and a cover image;
• VK — wall posts in your community with text and photos;
• TikTok — vertical videos and photo carousels;
• your own website — the site pulls the finished items itself with a key.

For each platform the AI prepares its own version of the post, taking its limits on length and formatting into account. The other social networks are not open to everyone yet.

You choose the sources. These are supported:

• public Telegram channels;
• websites — the service finds new articles itself, and the AI helps set collection up from the site's address;
• RSS feeds;
• YouTube channels — the speech in a video is turned into text (this source opens after your first top-up);
• a single page that is updated regularly: rates, weather, tables;
• the AI generator — it writes items to your brief with no outside source;
• the aggregator — it builds digests and roundups from items the project already has.

Sources can be run by hand or on a schedule. The project filter cuts out what you do not need, and auto-analysis rates how important each item is. The details are in Content sources.

Yes. The service does not copy anyone else's posts. The source material is only a starting point: already during collection the AI writes its own text with its own headline and structure, following the audience, tone and language from your project settings. After you approve it, it prepares a separate version for each platform.

The original is kept alongside, so you can always compare it with the new text. Any text can be edited by hand, shortened or rewritten to your instructions — see Working with content.

Yes, from the script to the finished video:

• the script is written from your item;
• the frames are AI images in the style you choose, or your own photos and videos;
• voiceover, captions, music and effects;
• the formats are vertical videos for Shorts and TikTok and horizontal ones for YouTube, with a cover image;
• you can also edit footage you shot yourself.

The finished video goes out on your connected platforms — by hand or on autopilot. Video creation opens after your first top-up. Where to start: Video: script and scenes.

The language of your posts is set in the project's AI settings: English, German, French, Italian or Russian. Sources can be in any language — the AI translates the material and rewrites it in the project's language.

For a single platform the language can be changed in its settings, in the "Output language" field. That way one project can run channels in different languages. How to set this up is in Projects and platforms.

The service interface is available in the same five languages.

There is no subscription. You buy tokens and spend them only on work that has been done: collecting items, texts, images, video and scheduled publications. The rate: 1 token = 1 ₽, 100 tokens = 1 $ or 1 €.

As a rough guide:

• a post for one platform, from collection to going out on schedule — 4 to 8 tokens;
• an AI image — 2 to 210 tokens, depending on the model, the size and the quality;
• a one-minute vertical video — around 150 tokens.

Publishing by hand, editing text and the video script are free. The price of a paid action is visible before you start. The full price list with examples is in Tokens and payment.

1. On the dashboard click "Top up" in the balance card. The same button is on the "Account" page.
2. Choose your region: "Russia cards" means paying in roubles through YooKassa, "International" means paying in dollars or euros through Stripe.
3. Choose an amount or type your own. The minimum is 100 ₽, 1 $ or 1 €.
4. Click "Proceed to payment" and pay on the payment provider's page.

The tokens are credited automatically. If your balance does not change straight away, wait a minute and reload the page. A promo code is entered on the "Account" page, in the "Have a promo code?" card. There is more in Tokens and payment.

Yes. You get 50 tokens when you sign up. Another 950 can come from your first steps: your first project, your first connected platform, your first source, your first publications. That is up to 1,000 tokens in total right now. The list of steps and rewards is on the dashboard in the "Achievements & Progress" card.

If you came through a friend's link, another 25 tokens are added to the starting 50.

Until your first top-up you are in the trial period. AI images, video creation and collection from YouTube channels are closed during it. Collection from the other sources, texts and publications are available straight away. Nothing has to be paid for.

Yes. Your personal link is on the "Account" page, in the "Partner program" block.

• You get 50 tokens for everyone who signs up through your link with Telegram or confirms their e-mail.
• You get 10 % of the tokens from each top-up the person you invited makes.
• The person you invited gets 25 tokens on top of the starting 50.

The first partner link that brought the person to the site is the one that counts. The credits are visible in the same block, in the "Referral history" list. There is more in Tokens and payment.

The service does not need the passwords to your accounts:

• Telegram — you add the bot as an administrator of your channel, with the right to post, edit and delete messages. You can connect a bot of your own.
• YouTube and TikTok — you log in through the official Google or TikTok window. You can see for yourself which permissions you are granting.
• VK — a community access key that you create in your community settings, with rights to the wall and photos only.
• Your website — a secret key you can reissue at any time; the old one stops working immediately.

Access can be revoked whenever you like: delete the platform in the project, take the bot out of the administrators, or revoke the permission on Google's, TikTok's or VK's side. On the "Account" page the "Revoke sessions" button ends your sessions on every device.
