Publishing and the Calendar

Publishing schedules, the unified calendar, partial publishing and gap-fill republishing, video auto-repeat, the first comment, and handling long Telegram posts.

Publishing is the final step of the pipeline. Here Telematic takes over the schedule, platform differences and routine chores like first comments.

Publishing manually

From a material's card you can publish to all connected platforms at once or selectively. Auto-publishing costs 1 token per platform. If some platforms published and some didn't (say, one lost access), the material gets the "partially published" status β€” once the cause is fixed, you can publish the remaining platforms only, with no duplicates on those already published.

Schedule

Each project has its own publishing schedule: set slots (say, 9:00, 14:00, 19:00) and accepted materials will go out in them automatically. The schedule must be active; if you run out of tokens it pauses automatically and resumes on its own once the balance is topped up (more in "Tokens and Billing").

Calendar

The unified calendar shows the whole picture: what has already gone out (dated by the actual publication), what is planned and in which slots. It's a convenient way to spot "holes" in your content plan before your subscribers do.

First comment

A first comment can be left under a post automatically β€” for example, with a link to your website or a pinned offer:

  • Telegram β€” the comment goes to the channel's discussion group; the bot must be a member of it.
  • YouTube β€” a comment under the video; for this, grant the comment-management permission when connecting YouTube.

Long posts in Telegram

Telegram limits message length. Telematic solves this in two ways (your choice, per channel):

  • Smart splitting β€” the text is divided into parts at paragraph and sentence boundaries (never mid-phrase) and published as a reply chain;
  • AI shortening β€” the text is carefully trimmed to the limit while preserving the meaning and whole sentences.

Video auto-repeat

For video content you can enable auto-republish: the system re-publishes materials with video on a schedule β€” useful for evergreen videos that gather views in waves.

Scale

None of this is a lab feature: right now the platform puts out around 50 publications a day and more than 1,400 a month across all connected channels β€” from "Earth's Mysteries and Riddles" to Hollywood news.
