Working with Content: From Raw Material to Finished Post

How the AI reworks materials, what platform versions are, image generation and stylization, the media library, and moving content between projects.

An accepted material travels this path: AI rework β†’ full text β†’ platform versions β†’ media β†’ publication. Let's walk through each stage.

The full text β€” the source of truth

After the rework, the material gets a full text β€” a unique article written by the AI in your project's style. The key principle: the system reworks, it doesn't compress. The full text keeps the volume and substance of the original; any shortening happens only at the next step, when adapting for a specific platform. The full text is the foundation for everything else: platform posts, the video script, the voiceover.

You can edit the text by hand at any time, or ask the AI to rewrite it from scratch.

Platform versions

A separate version is created for each connected platform (1 token per platform):

  • Telegram β€” a compact post: up to ~1,000 characters with an image, up to ~4,000 without; the system fits the limit on its own.
  • YouTube β€” a video title and description following the platform's rules.
  • VK β€” a post that respects VK's constraints.

Each version can be edited independently β€” changes don't touch the full text or the other platforms.

Images

  • Generation. The AI creates an illustration for the material using your project's visual style (29 ready-made presets β€” from photorealism to neon β€” or a fully custom one). Resolutions of 1K, 2K and 4K are available; the cost depends on the model and resolution (roughly 5–120 tokens).
  • Stylization. An existing photo (say, from the source) can be reworked into the project's style β€” useful when you want your channel's signature look but the original photo feels "foreign".
  • Media library. Every uploaded or generated image goes into the project library β€” you can reuse it in any other material without generating it again.

Analysis and ideas

AI analysis (1 token) evaluates a material: quality, reach potential, notes. The dashboard features the Advisor β€” it suggests next steps for the project and can generate ideas for new materials (2 tokens).

Moving between projects

A material can be moved or copied to another project: the copy arrives as a draft with its own copies of images and videos and no publication history β€” handy when one story fits two channels.

A real example

Our blog is assembled exactly this way: materials are prepared and illustrated in Telematic, then published to the site. Channels like "Memology" and "Joystick Online" run their feeds through the same chain β€” source β†’ rework β†’ platform version β†’ scheduled publication.

Next: "Publishing and the Calendar" β€” how all of this reaches your channels.
