A project is the central unit of Telematic: one workspace with a shared language, style and sources, to which you connect publishing platforms. A single material in a project turns into separate versions for every connected platform.
What is configured at the project level
- Content language β all posts and voiceovers come out in it, regardless of the sources' language. If no language is set, the system falls back to the project settings β check this field first if posts come out in the "wrong" language.
- Style and tone β instructions for the AI: how to write, what to avoid, how to format.
- Visual style for images β a single preset for generated pictures (29 ready-made styles or your own).
- Default video settings β your own preset for horizontal and vertical videos.
Telegram
- Add the Telematic bot as a channel administrator with posting permission.
- Enter the channel in the platform settings β the system will verify access.
Things to know:
- Your own bot. If you run many channels or publish frequently, the system bot can hit Telegram's limits (error 429 β "too many requests"). In the channel settings you can connect your own bot (created via @BotFather in a minute) β then the limits are yours alone.
- First comment. If the channel has a discussion group, the system can automatically leave the first comment under a post (for example, with a link). The bot must be a member of the discussion group.
- Long posts. Telegram limits message length: the system either neatly splits the text into parts at paragraph boundaries (as a reply chain) or shortens it with AI β the behavior is configurable.
YouTube
Connection goes through official Google authorization (OAuth) β your password is never shared with the service, and access can be revoked in your Google account settings at any time.
- Both regular videos (16:9) and Shorts (9:16) are published; the title, description and thumbnail are generated automatically.
- For an automatic first comment under a video, you need to grant the corresponding permission when connecting.
VK
For text posts, connecting a community is enough. For posts with images, VK requires authorization as a user who administers the community (via VK ID) β this is VK's own restriction: communities cannot upload media with their own key.
Your own website
A project's finished content can be pulled to your website via API β that's how our own blog works, for example. Details in "Website Integration via API".
Several platforms in one project
Connect Telegram, YouTube and VK to a single project β and every material gets its own version for each platform: a short post with an image for Telegram, an expanded description for YouTube, a text for VK. Platform rules and limits are handled automatically, and you can publish everywhere at once or selectively (see "Publishing and the Calendar").
