A post won't publish to Telegram
Almost always a bot-permissions issue. Check in order:
- The bot is still a channel administrator (admin lists sometimes get "cleaned up" along with the bot);
- the bot has the post messages permission;
- the channel in the platform settings is entered correctly.
Once the permissions are restored, click "Publish remaining" on the material β only the missing platforms will go out.
The "too many requests" error (429)
Telegram limits how often a single bot can publish. If you run several active channels, connect your own bot in the channel settings (created via @BotFather in a minute) β the limits become yours alone. The system honors the pauses Telegram demands, so an occasional 429 is nothing to worry about β the publication will be retried.
Posts come out in the wrong language
The content language is determined by the project settings, not by the sources' language. Open the project settings and check the language field β after the fix, new generations will come out in the right language (already created texts can be regenerated).
The "partially published" status
Some platforms accepted the publication, some didn't (expired access, missing permissions, a network hiccup). Expand the publication details, fix the cause on the "red" platform and click publish remaining β there will be no duplicates on the platforms that succeeded.
Out of tokens
Your schedules have paused automatically β that's expected behavior, nothing is lost. Top up the balance and everything resumes on its own. You can review spending in the operations history; price references are in "Tokens and Billing".
A video sits "in the queue" for a long time
Rendering is a heavy operation and jobs run in turn: during a rush of generations, your job waits for a free slot and then runs. Stage-by-stage progress is visible in the generation log. If a job hangs abnormally long (hours) β write to support and include the material's name.
The confirmation e-mail doesn't arrive
Check "Spam" and "Promotions". You can resend the e-mail from the sign-in screen. The most hassle-free way to sign in is with Telegram.
Images won't generate in trial mode
Before your first top-up, image generation is limited β it's an anti-abuse measure. After any top-up, the restriction is lifted automatically.
