The problem is that a car buyer, especially in the secondary market, trusts video more than photographs and text: it's important for them to see how the engine sounds, how the interior looks in motion, and whether there are any visible defects. Refusing to use video is not a cost-saving measure, but a real loss of trust and inquiries.
We discussed this scenario with dealers and came to a simple conclusion: the bottleneck is not the filming (most dealerships already have photos and sometimes video walkthroughs of each car for internal archives), but the assembly of this material into a presentable video with voice and text. For a dealership with a turnover of dozens of cars per month, this is the main saving: not a refusal to control the result, but a refusal of hours of manual editing for each unit of equipment.
