Create and link a channel

Create and link a channel

To work with the Telematic.Pro system, you need to link your Telegram channels. This is necessary for the service to publish content, create posts from connected sources, schedule tasks, and track statistics.

How It Works

Telematic.Pro does not require complex setup — you just need to add a special bot as an administrator of your channel. Once the bot receives the necessary permissions, your channel will automatically appear in the system, and you’ll be able to connect content sources and create tasks for auto-posting.

Step-by-step Guide to Linking Your Channel

Step 1. Log in to Telematic.Pro and open the "Channels" section

In the Telematic.Pro dashboard, there is a special "Channels" section. If you do not have any linked channels yet, the system will immediately prompt you to create a new one.

Step 2. Add our bot to your Telegram channel

To make the channel appear in the system, you need to add the Telematic.Pro system bot TelematicProPostBot to the list of administrators for your channel.

How to do it:

  1. Open your channel in Telegram.
  2. Go to "Manage Channel" (gear icon).
  3. Open the "Administrators" section.
  4. Click "Add Administrator."
  5. Find our bot by username (TelematicProPostBot).
  6. Confirm adding the bot.

Step 3. Grant the necessary permissions to the bot

After adding the administrator, Telegram will ask you to select permissions for the bot. For the service to work properly, you need to grant the following permissions:

  • Post Messages
  • Edit Messages
  • Delete Messages

This is the minimum required set of permissions. Without these, the bot will not be able to publish posts, edit content, or delete old messages if needed.

Step 4. Refresh the channel list in Telematic.Pro

Once the bot is added and has received permissions, the channel will automatically appear in your Telematic.Pro account. If the channel does not appear immediately, click the "Refresh Channel List" button.

Step 5. Check the connection

To make sure everything works correctly, open the channel settings in Telematic.Pro. If the connection is successful, the system will show the status "Connected." You can immediately proceed to creating auto-posting tasks or adding content sources.

Important Tips and Notes

  • The bot must remain an administrator for the entire time your channel works with Telematic.Pro. If the bot is accidentally removed, posting will stop.
  • If your channel is private, make it public temporarily during the connection process, otherwise Telegram may block the bot from being added.
  • One bot can manage multiple channels, as long as they are all linked to the same Telematic.Pro account.

What to Do if the Channel Doesn’t Appear in the System?

If you followed all the steps but the channel still doesn’t appear, check:

  • Did you add the correct bot? (Double-check the username).
  • Did you grant all necessary permissions?
  • Is the channel private, or has the bot already left the channel?
  • Is the bot blocked in your region? (If you are using VPN or proxy, try disabling it).

If problems persist, contact Telematic.Pro support — we’ll help you solve the issue quickly.

Why Is This Safe?

Telematic.Pro does not require full access to your channel or any logins/passwords. You fully control adding and removing the bot, and you can revoke its permissions or remove it from the administrators at any time. Everything is simple and safe.

Summary

Linking channels to Telematic.Pro takes only 3 minutes of setup, and it unlocks all the features for content automation, scheduled posting, and working with content sources.
